Adrian graduated in psychology and philosophy before going on to a 30 year career in Marketing Communications for big name brands including Direct Line, Virgin, esure and Gocompare.com, where he remains a non-executive director.
In 2013, he was one of the team that led esure Group to a £1.3bn flotation on the London Stock Exchange.
He now invests in and advises start-up companies that use technology for education, safety and health including the award-winning ventures Brushlink (oral hygiene) and Gas Tag (gas safety). He is a brand adviser to Macmillan Cancer Support and a founder of the creative incubator, The Floor.
He believes passionately that mobile technology has the potential to negatively impact people’s impulse control, attention spans and social skills.
