Tip #7 Try Intermittent Phasting

Have you ever tried intentionally turning your phone off for a whole day on the weekend or even just leaving it behind on purpose when you walk the dog / go out for  supper with friends / go shopping? It’s actually really invigorating! Sure, you might feel separation anxiety at first – “What if I get lost and need a map? What if my friend messages me? What if I need to order an Uber? – and the FOMO devil might whisper in your ear from time to time but that dies down after a while and then it starts to feel liberating. The mental detox feels as good as the physical detox you get from intermittent fasting.
